We worked with Holli and JB to design and build our lake house. They were both very patient with us as we had never built a house before and had a ton of questions about the process, both before and during the build. The quality of the final product is outstanding. JB and all of his subcontractors are not only great to work with but excellent at their crafts. And Holli was very helpful in guiding us through all of the decisions we had to make -- couldn't have done it without her! Overall, we are very pleased with our house and are really happy we built with Art of a Craftsman. And -- as a bonus -- we've become friends with JB and Holli since they're great people!

Building a custom home is something we had always dreamed of doing. We spent years meeting with different builders and looking at different plans, all with the hope that we would find that one person that could help us bring our vision to life. We met a lot of great people along the way and we learned a lot, but we never felt like it was exactly what we were looking for. That all changed when we met JB and Holli. From the very first day we met, JB took the time to listen to what we wanted and then improved upon it in ways that we had never even considered. It was evident to us that he has a passion for his craft. We decided to move forward and the end result not only met our expectations but it far exceeded it. We love our home and it is uniquely ours. We have been in it for nearly a year now and we are still just as excited as we were the day we moved in. Was it a perfect process, no, but if you have ever built a home you know that there are a lot of moving parts and things will come up, that is true of working with any builder. Would we build with Art of a Craftsman again, absolutely. There are a lot of builders to choose from but for us, what sets Art of a Craftsman apart are the people and the attention to detail. From the top down, whether its JB, Holli, Matt, or any of the others that work for AOC or on behalf of them, they all have your best interests in mind and they are genuinely good people. We love our home and we are so grateful to have met them.

WOW.!! We just moved into our custom built home by Art Of A Craftsman. We absolutely can’t say enough about this amazing team. They all work together and treated our home as if it was going to be their own. The effort each person put into making this our dream home can’t even be explained. JB, the owner of the company, went thru every step from ground up to interior design in helping us make our most favorite home of the 4 we have lived in.
